As a part of the system the institute will take feedback on regular basis from students regarding the performances of teachers and the working style of the system. This will help to pin point exactly the areas where students are facing problems and the institute will act appropriately to address the problems being faced by the students during the course of their preparation. The students feedback will also help to gather various kinds of suggestions for immediate implementation and various kinds of complains for immediate redressal.
Navya Institute of Education believes that parents / guardian and mentors have their joint responsibilities for all round development of any children. The contributions from both sides help to develop personality of any child. So, Navya Institute of Education believes that it is imperative on its part to keep the parents /& guardian of the respective students update time to time the progress and development of their children. The performances of each and every student in various test, the regularity and punctuality of the students in classes etc. will be intimated to their respective parents / guardian time to time so that they can also guide their wards and take necessary steps for improvement of their child / Student.
In order to appraise performances of any student to his/her parents / guardian a regular parent teacher meeting will be convened. In this meeting the progress of the student in Navya Institute of Education Classes will be discussed and suggestions for parents by teacher and vice-versa will be delivered & invited for the betterment of the services provided by the institute leads to overall growth of the students.
Navya Institute of Education Understand that student invariably encounter problems due to the various doubts arising during the self study or even subject matter taught to them in the class and these problems must be sorted out at the earliest. With this respect the Navya Institute of Education has formed a special doubt clearance classes. The respective teacher will work continuously during the working hours and at least one teacher of each subject will be present there round the clock to attend the doubts of the students. In addition to this, students may contact their respective teachers to clear their doubts on the spot.
